    Received CSU ATS’s ASCENT international research experience scholarship, will visit Dr. Matthew Wheeler in the Australia Bureau of Meteorology for six weeks.

  • September 2025:

    Published my first paper in CSU, “Unified Forecast System Model Prediction of the Madden-Julian Oscillation and Its Influence on East Pacific During Boreal Summer”

  • May 2025:

    Attend the Dynamical Core Model Intercomparison Project (DCMIP) Summer school

  • January 2025:

    Attended the American Meteorological Society (AMS) Annual Meeting and presented my MJO research.

2024

2023

  • August 2023:

    Attended the Asia Oceania Geosciences Society (AOGS) conference.

  • February 2023:

    Published my first paper, “Contrasting the Energy Recharge-Discharge Cycle between Propagating and Eastward-decaying Madden-Julian Oscillation Events.”

  • January 2023:

    Received a Ph.D. offer from Prof. Eric Maloney!!!!!

2021

  • June 2021:

    Earned an M.S. degree in Atmospheric Science at NCU, was selected as the representative of the graduates, and began working as a research assistant.

  • July 2021:

    Attended the Climate Hotspot in Action Forum and the Year of Maritime Continent Workshop (Virtual).

2019

  • June 2019:

    Earned a B.S. degree in Atmospheric Science at National Central University (NCU) and joined Prof. Jia-Yuh Yu’s research group.

2018

  • June-August 2018:

    Completed a summer internship at the Meteorological Information Center, Central Weather Bureau, Taiwan.
